    Advised a financial-services business on insolvency and stressed-asset matters, including personal-guarantor proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, liquidation processes and related proceedings before the NCLT.

  2. 02

    Supported an acquisition involving loan and secured-credit portfolios of a lending business, conducting legal due diligence across financing documents, mortgages, security interests, title records and underlying borrower arrangements.

  3. 03

    Advised a real-estate and lending business on enforcement and recovery matters involving secured assets, pledged shares, limitation under the IBC, SARFAESI proceedings, title issues and documentation for enforcement and sale.

  4. 04

    Supported a renewable-energy company on the negotiation and administration of project and commercial documentation, including power-purchase agreements, land arrangements, NDAs, sale deeds and leave-and-licence agreements.
