About CCLA.

CCLA is recognised by clients for its high-involvement, high-impact legal advisory practice.

Welcome to CCLA.

At CCLA, we pride ourselves on putting client success at the forefront of everything we do. We offer outcome-focused service rather than effort-focused service, and plan each engagement with the end result in mind, with client success serving as our North Star metric. We believe that we win when our clients win, and we go above and beyond to ensure that every step we take aligns with our clients' objectives.

We believe that efficient communication is foundational to effective collaboration. We work as our clients' extended team, owning their legal function rather than merely providing information and documents. We use industry-standard technology tools like Slack and Trello to integrate legal solution delivery with client workflows. We work seamlessly with client teams, participating in virtual meetings and strategic discussions as a real-time subject matter expert.

At the heart of our approach is a deep understanding that every client has unique needs, challenges, and aspirations. We understand that clients no longer seek mere legal advice; they demand strategic partners capable of understanding their business models and ethos. They seek partners who can design efficient legal systems that enable them to scale their operations while managing their legal risks - regulatory, counterparty, IP infringement, and product liability, among others. And they need partners who have institutionalised knowledge about their legal systems, thereby allaying the concern associated with individual attrition.

We meet these demands by taking a consulting approach and taking the time to listen, learn, and understand each client's circumstances and objectives. Our solutions are designed from the ground up, with a first-principles approach that prioritises our clients' objectives - achieving scale, forming partnerships, concluding transactions, or resolving conflicts—with the least legal friction.

With CCLA, you can expect more than just specialised legal expertise; you can expect a true partnership.

Our Leadership.
